The Spearpoint Aggressive Opportunities Fund adopts a high conviction, active and dynamic style of management aiming to maximise long term capital growth. The target is to outperform significantly the return from Sterling cash by investing in a relatively concentrated portfolio of best investment ideas and special situations to be drawn from a broad range of asset classes. The key features of the Fund are:
- Dynamic total return philosophy based on active and extremely flexible multi-asset allocation, unconstrained by benchmarks
- Targeting (but not guaranteed) significant annual total returns in excess of Sterling cash, net of all fees and expenses
- Base currency Sterling
- R reporting shares and R non-reporting shares are available
- Minimum initial subscription GBP10,000
- Compliance with Regulatory investment restrictions and limitations and requirements contained in the Prospectus
- Sub-fund of SPL Investment Funds PLC, an Irish domiciled, open-ended umbrella investment company with segregated liability between its sub-funds
